He performed lot risky martial art feats in his first film Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbai. Kalyan is having lot of fascination towards marshal arts and he joined in the karate and secured black belt.
Kalyan always wanted to be versatile actor and he does not wish to have his brothers image and influence in his career.
